Information you give us

When you phone or send the form, you share details such as your name, number, email, address or city, and what you want done in the bathroom. We use those details to get back to you and to put you in touch with a local remodeler.

Call recording

Our phone line records calls. A recorded message is turned into text so we can call you back and hand your request to a local remodeler. Because California requires every party to consent to a recording, you hear a notice before anything is recorded. If you'd prefer no recording, send the form or an email.

Who sees your information

Pro Bath SD is a referral service, so your details mostly go to the remodeler we match you with, who contacts you and prices the job. We also use them to reply to you ourselves and check in on your request. Your information is never sold, and it isn't shared with anyone else unless a law requires it.

Site analytics

Simple analytics show us which pages are useful. Those cookies count visits in aggregate and don't tell us who you are.
