Using this site means you accept the terms listed here. If that doesn’t work for you, please stop using the site.

Scope of service

What you read here is for general information. Price ranges, rebate amounts and recommendations reflect typical conditions when we wrote them and can change. The written quote your contractor provides is the price that counts for the work it covers. Until you get and accept that written quote, nothing on this site is a contract or a promise of any particular price or result.

Service agreements

The licensed contractor matched to your job gives you a separate written service agreement before any work starts, and that agreement governs the work. It’s the agreement, not this site, that sets the warranty terms, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed.

Intellectual property

Unless noted otherwise, everything on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Pro Bath SD. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it and quote short excerpts with credit. Please don’t reproduce full articles, images or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link out to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, and so on). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.

Limitation of liability

The material on this site comes as-is, with no warranty. Any work done under a signed service agreement is controlled by that agreement, which sits between you and the contractor. Pro Bath SD isn’t a party to it and isn’t the contractor of record. If you follow DIY advice on the blog, you do so at your own discretion, and you should stop if anything feels unsafe.

We may revise these terms now and then. Significant changes will show in the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept it.
